Job Description:
The Senior Data Analyst will work with Health Insurance Marketplace team members to decide where and how to gather the data, determine the type and size of the sample group, and develop the survey questionnaire or reporting form. He or she will prepare instructions for collecting and tabulating the data as well as provide analysis, interpretation, and summarization of the data.
The current need is for a Senior Data Analyst to assist with:
· Reviewing enrolment and supporting data
· Identifying trends suggested by empirical data and evidence
· Performing data analytics to assist in determining the significance and impact of various activities/organizations
· Forecasting future expectations and determining actions most likely to result in desired outcomes
· Reporting findings to help recognize program effectiveness and influence future planning
· Producing reports and information using data visualization practices
· Using SQL knowledge to obtain and inform data gathering
