Job Title : Attivio Consultant

Job Location : Bay Area,CA

Duration : 6 Months +

 

Attivio JD

·         Good working experience of Fast search technology ( has played a dev role role)

·         L1/L2/L3 Support for Search applications based on MS Fast and Attivio Enterprise Search Platforms

·         Attivio knowledge or certification may be considered if not having Attivio work experience.

·         Support engineer will need to support Search application, system and user issues. Tasks include troubleshooting identifying root cause by engaging cross functional teams and Tracking till the issue is completely resolved.

·         Should have a good understanding of unix scripting languages like Perl/Shell scripting and should be able develop and maintain various scripts to monitor system health, deployment scripts etc. (Linux administration Skills).

·         Responsible for Search case management. Interactions with clients and product vendors.

·         Aptitude to learn new technologies and has a good understanding of things he is working on.

·         Should have good analytical skills and should be able to technically lead a medium scale team.

·         Proven communication skills and should be a good team player.
