Duration:12+Months
Requirements:
PM position requirements will be specific to the individual assignment but, in general, will include:
• Strong leadership skills, with a highly collaborative leadership style
• Demonstrated project management skills with track record of successful projects
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects
• Excellent customer-facing skills and professional manner
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with, and influence, individuals at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently as well to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Demonstrated ability to pitch in to create the best atmosphere for ALL to be successful on the project team
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including oral, written, facilitation, mediation, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Ability to set and meet deadlines
• Proven ability to gather and document customer requirements
• Extensive experience in analyzing business processes, and demonstrated experience in business process modeling.
• Experience with bid processes including creating request for proposals and evaluating vendor responses.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products including Visio and Project
• 5+ years' experience in project management practices and procedures including managing small to midsize projects.
• 5+ years of working hands-on with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle
• Familiarity with SAP, data modeling and business intelligence helpful
• Experience developing test plans, test cases and working with automated test tools
• Electric Utility experiences a plus
• Project Management Institute (PMI), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP), preferred
