Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Primary Skills: Sr. Command Centre consultant .generate voice and email Alerts, troubleshoot the issues in the conference calls
Responsibilities:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field of study
At least 8-9 years' experience in Information Technology/Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in building and managing large Mission Critical, 7x24x365 operational systems, command centers and infrastructure
Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) constructs
Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional and cross-tem environment and being the project implementation go-to person with multiple business partners
Experience in managing multiple projects in a matrix organization
Familiarity with network protocols and connectivity standards
LAN, WAN, MAN, MPLS, and TDM connectivity
Experience in overseeing formalized application migration/deployments across multiple environments
Local and Global Command Center Maintenance, Troubleshooting, handling escalations, arranging and resolving the issues via conference calls , setting up both voice and email alerts.
Command Center Level 3, Command Center Strategy, Power distribution, Low-voltage cable design, Fiber optic cabling, Cable management, Server placement strategy, Server/Storage Hardware Design Platform Selection, Energy management, Installation/de-installation, Inventory management (dcmweb)
Remote hands tickets for colocation, Monitoring engineering, Automation of alerting/escalation
Enhancing knowledge base, IP space management, Monitoring , Monitoring operations, Alert generation and troubleshooting, Server reboots, Execution of level 3 run books, Global Communications, Operate and maintain Remote Local Survivable Processors, Support CDR process and reporting for compliance, Customized solution for end-users, Document allocation of resources, Manage Telecom vendors for PSTN connectivity
