Data Architect

Location: Eden Prairie , MN

Duration: 6+ Months

Must have

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business or equivalent work experience

· 7+ years in the data warehousing profession

· 5 + years' experience in designing multi-layered data warehouses and data marts using both relational and dimensional modeling techniques

· 5+ years' experience in integrating data – logical / physical

· Experience working with canonical and or industry models

· Experience with introduction to adoption of data patterns within a data warehouse environment

· Experience in process modeling

· Experience in several Surrogate Key / ID management strategies utilized in analytical environments

· Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical and data solutions

· Strong communication skills including presentation, facilitation, and ability to influence

· Strong conceptualization skills

Good to have

· Experience working in a virtual team environment over multiple locations, including off-shore

· Health care industry knowledge beneficial, but not required
