ROLE:  Help Desk (SQL)

Location:   Lansing, MI

Duration:  6 months

SQL, years of Experience

REQUIRED SKILLS: The ideal candidate should have a technical background to understand how multiple tier system operates, be able to write/run SQL queries and have mastery on MS Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook). Effective communication both written and verbal is essential.

PREFERRED SKILLS: Background in Integrated Eligibility area would be a plus. EXPECTED DELIVERABLES/RESPONSIBILITIES: As a member of the Triage team the candidate needs to have a good understanding of the touch points and data flow across systems to be able to troubleshoot any issues which arise in production. Some of the key responsibilities would include.

• Opening and tracking Incidents in the Remedy System.

• Understanding the business impact of the issues and identifying the root cause.

 • Coordinate meetings with multiple vendors' technical team to derive solution.

 Report Generation for all open incidents and reporting system health metrics.
