ROLE:  Business Analyst/ Functional Analyst

Location:  Naperville, IL

Duration:  1 year +

 Business Analysis, years of Experience

This is the development of a Agile pilot. There are mostly C# UI's with some Java and they can use either DB2 mostly or MSSQL.

Required Skills: Agile/Scrum

Highly preferred: Rally (document repository)

Preferred Skills: C#, Rally, DB2, MSSQL, J-Unit/N-Unit, Automated testing. (Any of the above) BA

·         Creation and maintenance of business requirements & functional design documents (use cases, wire frames, software specifications)

·         Gathering and sign-off on requirements and designs from business

·         Clarification of requirements and designs for development and testing resources

·         Final user acceptance testing and sign-off

·         Attend daily scrum meetings and regular scrum ceremonies

·         Maintain applicable tracking and management tools
