Job Description:Required Skills:
· Have result oriented 15 + years of experience in Command Centre Operations
· Experience on designing, deploying, configuring and managing Monitoring tools like SCOM, HPOV etc.
· Consulting on pre-sales assignments. Responsibilities included due-diligence assessment of the customer infrastructure environment
· Deploying and managing Open Source Tools – OpenNMS, Nagios, SEC
· Validate existing customer automation state; analyze the exact monitoring and management requirements. Based on the cost and need analysis, enable organizations with a decision support system to finalize on buy or build.
· Experience on CA Service Management Tools (IT Client Management, Service Desk, Network and Server Management, eHealth & Spectrum and Security Command Center)
Technical skills
· Tools worked with : SCOM, HP OVO , CA Service management tools, Solarwinds
· Databases: ORACLE, Sybase, SQL Server,
· Project Management Tools: MS-Project, Visio, Excel and Clarity.
