•             Cisco, WUP, Concord and other network  devices  as tools
•             Daily work includes monitoring of tools for system and circuit issue.
•             Contacting Company stake holders and Telecom Carriers of issues.
•             Schedule test of circuits.
•             Supporting changes to network devices.
•             Escalating issue to management as needed.
 
NOC support to assist with HQ and subs
