JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Developer – ATG, you will translate client requirements into technical designs, design repositories/schemas, implement ATG extensions, design and create product catalog hierarchy. Independently drive design decisions to insure the

necessary health of the overall solution.

• Interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications for ecommerce solutions.

• Provide inputs and direction to associates on the team for design and implementation.

• Collaborate with your architect to define implementation processes and quality gates and standards

• Write application code that exceeds the defined quality standards.

 

 KEY REQUIREMENTS

• About 5 to 7 years of experience in JAVA/J2EE/ATG.

• Mastery of J2EE specifically JSP, Servlet, MVC Pattern, Eclipse and ANT.

• Good understanding of object oriented programming, relational databases.

• Deep understanding of the deployment considerations specific to Weblogic Application Server.

• Expert understanding of ATG foundational concepts, Commerce and has experience & knowledge of form handlers, Droplets, ATG repositories, Servlet pipelines, content administration, personalization and scenario development, Order, Checkout, Pricing & Promotions.

• Experience on ATG Merchandising development is mandatory.

Business Knowledge: E-commerce domain experience would be a plus
