We have a customer in Plymouth, MN looking to add a Database Architect. We are searching for someone with strong performance tuning experience.

Location: Plymouth, MN
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Required:
• 8+ years' database design and tuning experience with experience in the performance tuning area preferred
• Solid experience in performance tuning and formal software development lifecycle
• Strong understanding on database partitioning, J2ee, with Oracle use is a plus
• Responsibilities include writing database patches for applications, testing, ensuring development standards are being followed
• Recommends database schema solutions for software enhancements
