DC Req: Need SQL BI PMO consultant - Redmond, WA - 6 Months contract

Title:  SQL BI PMO Role

Location: Redmond, WA

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 6 Months Contract

 

Job Description:  

 

Required BI skills:

·         Good technical background in DB design with SQL Server

·         Experience with large BI systems including ETL, data warehouse and reporting

·         Sound knowledge of Microsoft BI stack capabilities

·         Proficient in writing and running SQL queries

·         Data modeling skills - conceptual and logical data models

·         Experience working in enterprise data warehouse projects understanding the interdependencies between upstream and downstream systems.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Primary skills:

•        Analytical and ability to understand business process

•        Business Acumen

•        Proficient in writing and running SQL queries

•        Good trouble shooting skills

•        Familiar with Word, Excel and Power Point

 

Secondary skills:

•        End to end program management across different phases of SDLC

•        Schedule & budget management

•        Risks & Issues management

•        Process oriented to define and adhere to defined processes
