• At least 5 years focused on developing process based applications using Lombardi Teamworks/BPM v7.x/BPM v 8.5
• Experience with Architecture, Design and Development of BPM Workflows
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with client, partner, and IT management and staff.
• Must have hands-on development, deployment experience with IBM-BPM and must have implemented at least 2-3 large/complex business processes
• Successful project development using Scrum or other Agile methodology.
• Very familiar with SQL, AJAX, SOA, JMS, design patterns, agile methodology.
• Comfortable collaborating with team members to better understand the business process, its key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs) and how to best implement the process.
