Hardware Engineering/Semi-Conductor industry domain! – Embedded Devices!

 

Detailed job description:

 

·         Should have handled a Team of minimum 30 people

·         Should have good understanding of Product Engineering Service (PES) flow

·         Experience in bringing efficiency in quality and optimize the process

·         Should have handled Validation Projects

·         Experience on Scrum Agile processes

·         Excellent Communication skills

·         Good Proven track record

·         Prior working experience in any H/W product Engineering companies will be added advantage

 

The candidate would be Tech SW PM/SW Scrum Master

Responsibility

·         Follow up with each engineering team with defects/validation status/release status

·         Keep Up to date on defect management system with latest info

·         Keep up to date on RTC (scrum tool) with the latest info

·         Monitor/distribute necessary HW platforms to SW team in all location
