Microsoft SQL Server Developer

Basking Ridge, NJ

Duration- 8 months

Rate-50

 

The Demand Planning solution is built on the Logility platform. Knowledge of the Demand Planning subject area and/or Logility is not required for success in this role. A successful candidate will be leveraging SQL Server, SSIS and SSRS skills to build interfaces between Logility and other enterprise systems. 

 

Required Technical Skills

Microsoft SQL Server programming (stored procedures, user-defined functions, object creation, etc.)

Microsoft SQL Server SSIS -  utilized as an ETL and a batch/workflow tool

Experience in relational data modeling principles and techniques, specific focus on Microsoft SQL Server

Working knowledge of data modeling concepts and techniques used in Operational Data Stores, Enterprise Data Warehouses and Data Marts

Experience in Development Methodologies; SLDC and Agile

Analytical and Problem solving skills

Dedication to completing assigned tasks on time

Documentation, communication, interpersonal and time-management skills

User Acceptance Testing and Integration Testing

 

Desirable Skills

Familiarity with Logility Demand Planning or other demand planning package

Familiarity with Forecasting processes and concepts, especially in context of consumer goods manufacturing

Business report creation with Microsoft SQL Server SSRS

C# Development Language experience

 

Must have 8+ years of experience and at least 5 in the US

Must have a consistent work history- not someone that jumps from state to state every 6 months

Must be able to provide references of MANAGERS
