SQL SERVER DBA:

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Description:

Communications and Information Technology Department is looking for an experienced Database Designer/Architect proficient with the MS BI stack tools. This individual will perform reporting requirements, create models, cubes and translate logical structures into physical databases and/or data warehouse. Ability to design reports and dashboards is necessary. DB administration skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Extensive experience in DB design and modelling

• Experience with MS BI tools

• Data warehouse design experience

• Strong communications and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with DAX, MDX, T-SQL and PLSQL
