Description for Business Project Manager:
• Prioritize enhancement requests based on stakeholder input and identified business value
• Work with the Business Operations Manager to create the application roadmap
• Track outstanding defects
• Provide high-level effort estimates to enhancements and defects based on broad understanding of the application
• Assess high-level upstream impacts to the application and acknowledge impacts to downstream systems
• Drive the development process from the business perspective, including:
o Gaining stakeholder and sponsor commitment each release
