Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills 

• 5+ Yrs in SAP CRM Functional – both Implementation & Support and 8-10 Yrs of SAP overall experience.

• Experience in CRM Marketing

• Experience in SD (Sales and Distribution) module

• Retail Domain experience

• Very Strong in Communication with strong SAP Background"

Roles and responsibility               

• Analyze existing Non-SAP systems and gather requirements

• Initiate discussions with Business and prepare blueprints if required

• Able to handle all phases of SAP CRM implementation

• Able to support SAP CRM issues (Incident Management) in production system and Problem management

• Ability to fully implement functionality required for the successful implementation of SAP CRM as per the defined standards

• Coordinate with all stake holders

• Knowledge of Project documentation

• Experience in report creation

• Ability to work independently and keep management adequately informed.

• Analyze application stability and take action accordingly.

• Identify design gaps and propose solutions"

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills      Knowledge of Retail Domain

Total experience in required skill (years)               8-10 years in SAP & 5+ yrs in SAP CRM
