Position: SAP Manufacturing, Quality and APO-Consultant

Location: Wilson, NC

Duration: 10 months

 

Job Description:

Provide IT application design, implementation and business user support for the Technical Operations and Supply Chain staff within the client’s IT environment in support of SAP modules , LES, WM, MM, and QM.

As part of the SAP COE, this position is responsible to set technical priorities, standards and procedures and provides expertise in the area of computer technology, business processes, application development, project quality, systems validation and training aligning site and corporate standards. This position is located at the Wilson NC facility.

 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible for day to day support of SAP applications in the areas of, LES. WM, MM, QM and Provide IT application design, implementation and business user support for the Technical Operations and Supply Chain staff within the Client IT environment in support of SAP modules , LES, WM, MM, and QM.

• Responsible for timely resolution of the support issues

• Identify process and system improvement opportunities in SAP

• Communicate with local management and the SAP team leads in Totowa, Stamford and other Client’s sites

• Implement SAP changes through established change control procedures

• Train local users in the use of SAP in the mentioned areas.

• Familiar with SAP integrations of POMS, LIMS and Trackwise systems

BS/Equivalent Training / Certification and 8+ years of relevant experience with SAP modules, LES, WM, MM, QM, and Demonstrates mastery of SAP and associated modules and their inter-dependencies within other areas of IT Manufacturing and Quality systems.

Collaborates with peers to develop solutions.

May mentor or coach staff in some cases.

Demonstrates mastery of one discipline and an advanced knowledge of multiple disciplines and their inter-dependencies.
