Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related
· 5 – 7 years of total experience in software development
· 5+ years of experience in enterprise data management (as a DBA or data analyst) in an Oracle Enterprise environment
· 3-5 years of development experience in J2EE Technologies, Java and JSP
· Experience with external data delivery systems
· Experience with large volumes of complex data
· Deep understanding of SQL and relational databases, experience writing queries, debugging stored procedures, and debugging code
· Team Player; good interpersonal skills
· Proven track record; self-starter
· Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
Nice-to-Have Skills:
· Experience with MongoDB and JSON
· Experience with Talend Data Integration tools
· Experience with large volumes of complex data in a data warehouse environment
· Experience with enterprise scheduling tools like Tivoli, Cybermation
· Linux or Unix shell scripting experience
· Banking or Financial Services experience

Senior Developer – Data Feeds
Description:
Participate in the development, maintenance, and support of Fitch’s subscription data feed applications. Complete design, development, and testing tasks for new and existing data feed functionality. Work with a variety of technologies, including Oracle, OBIEE, PL/SQL, and Java.
Job Responsibilities include:
· Design, develop & maintain data feed applications
· Provide advanced data analysis of complex, multi-process, distribution systems
· Develop, maintain and enhance data movement routines
· Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements
· Create technical documents
· Develop code according to specifications and standards
· Provide technical support and advanced troubleshooting of data quality & delivery problems, including off-hours application support
· Work closely on an ongoing basis with both IT (DBA, QA, System Administration, BA) and non-IT (Client Support, Product Development) teams
· Work on cross-functional, global project teams reporting to a Project Leader
