Position: SAP SCM-APO (Senior Supply Chain Analyst)

Location: East Chicago, IN

Duration: 6+ Months

BEST RATE (W2 or C2C)

 

Skills Required: gATP, APO, SCM, LSMW, ABAP

 

 

Functional / Technical Experience

·         APO/gATP Implementations

·         SCM Industry best practices

·         Develop Custom Solutions (gATP, DP & PPDS)

·         SAP ECC SD/MM/PP Integration with APO/gATP SAP certification in SCM

·         Basic knowledge of SD module with Variant Configuration and Master Data Configuration.

·         Basic ABAP/4 knowledge and debugging expertise, BAPI /LSMW/BADI knowledge, user exit / enhancement point knowledge.

·         Understanding of the Sales & Operations Business Planning process.

 

Implementation Experience:

·         At least 6 years of configuration and implementation experience of DP, SNP, and GATP (APO/SCM version 6.0 or 7.0).  

·         At least 2 full life cycles of APO implementation covering these modules in collaboration with ECC   SD.

·         Implementation experience in an integrated steel facility a plus

·         Experience in SAP Mill Products Solution, preferably for steel industry a plus.

·         Write technical specs

·         Test non standard solution

·         Load master data through LSMW

 

In General:

·         Configure APO system to address issues during testing.

·         Provide as needed support with data migration, interface design.

·         Create test scripts. Perform unit tests and integration tests and work with end users on User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

·         Assist with users training.

·         Proven leadership skills and command of English language both spoken and written.

·         Demonstrated design and analytical skills.

·         Ability to effectively interact with various user and organizational groups to determine requirements and set expectations.

·         Ability to multi-task and strong time management skills.

·         Microsoft Office skills are essential.

·         Experienced in steel & metals order processing, & commercial and quality product characteristics related to steel
