Role: QA Lead
Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 24-48 months
· 84 months direct experience planning, designing, developing and executing test strategies based on software specifications. Experience must detail developing testing strategies and coordinating and tracking testing activities across multiple organizations.
· 84 months creating test plans, test schedule, test environments, test reports, and defect management using industry-standard tools to identify, document, track and communicate problems to technical staff. Experience must detail work directly with business analysts, business and technical subject matter experts.
· 60 months ensuring risks associated with test strategies or plans are documented, communicated and managed and evaluating the outcome of system testing, and confirming that the results are consistent with the system or business process specifications.
· 60 months hands-on experience with automated functional testing. Experience must detail use of specific automation tools and the processes used to migrate test cases from manual testing to automation.
· 48 months direct hands-on experience as a Test / QA Lead working on large software development and data migration project(s). Experience must detail team leadership implementing testing frameworks using Test/QA best practices.
· 24 months of experience with Performance and Stress testing using performance testing software.
· BA/BS Degree in computer science, information science, public health, or related field from an accredited institution.
