REQ. SKILLS: PeopleSoft Application Specialist - Human Capital Management (HCM) 9.2
OVERVIEW
This assignment is for the contractor to work with the Human Capital Management (HCM) 9.2 Upgrade Teams as a Principal Application Specialist providing functional and technical product expertise. The Contractor will work with the client to perform design, testing and implementation tasks supporting the upgrade.
PROJECT DURATION & CONSULTANT INFORMATION
The Contractor will work with the client to execute functional, cross-functional and technical tasks in the following areas:
Payroll, HR, Benefits, Time and Labor and Security.
Activities will include:
1. Key Requirement: Ability to troubleshoot PeopleSoft technical issues. Solid understanding of PS Query, sqr, App Engine, SQL and XML.
2. Providing input on aspects of functional and test planning including dependencies and timing
3. Planning and facilitating prototyping sessions
4. Driving and documenting the design of any new or changed functionality by leading design sessions with key stakeholders
5. Managing dependencies and timing of activities with the Functional Leads
6. Communicating areas impacting change management with the Change Services Lead
7. Reporting issues and risks to the Functional Lead and participating in the resolution process
8. Support System/UAT testing including coordinate development of test scenarios
9. Design end-to-end tests with the functional team
10. Assist in management of Batch and Performance testing
11. Assist with readiness planning for go-live
12. Provide post-go-live stabilization support (including triaging of issues)
