Chemistry Quality Assurance Lead
· Collaborating with team members to produce comprehensive testing that results in the highest quality software and chemistry content
· Continuously asking questions of both developers and business users to ensure the test suite is comprehensive.
· Understand the Quality Standards and support Clients adoption of Agile through assimilation of QA practices in the development of low-to-no defect products
o Collaborate with the agile teams to understand requirements and plan testing efforts to complement and facilitate effective execution of development projects.
o As an integral agile team member, collaborate with developers and business analysts to develop end to end test strategy and includes code, product and content.
· Understand user behavior and ensure product usability.
· Coordinate all aspects of QA and testing for small to medium projects
o Appropriate to each project, develop and execute regression testing, acceptance testing and test scripts
o Be flexible and creative in handling multiple activities and contentions in priorities.
· Designing tests that clearly convey the business rules and code they are checking (i.e., Storytests or Automated Acceptance Tests), so that both business users and developers can understand their intentions.
· Performing manual exploratory testing of new and existing features
· Manage defect tracking and defect maintenance and perform defect root cause analysis
· Coordinate with Customer Support Center.
Requirements
· BA or BS in Chemistry or related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
o Pay great attention to detail
o An interest in working alongside the development team, including occasional pairing
o 5+ years’ experience in system level QA Testing
o 5+ years in integrated content/product testing.
o 5+ years’ experience with Defect Management like Jira.

Description:
This person will require a minimum of 15 years of total experience with 5 years of deep Clinical experience, working in large scale companies.
We would prefer candidates who are local to Southern California, as an in-person interview round will be required!
You would report directly to VP resources in the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).
This consultant resource will head up our client’s Neutrality Assessment and will assist with interpreting the results provided by external vendors (and forming an action plan).
The ideal candidate will have:
· Deep understanding of ICD-10, Coding, Medical Clinic processes.
· Experience with Healthcare Quality Assurance (eg. NCQA = National Committee for Quality Assurance) and Risk Adjustment.
· Strong consulting fundamentals.
Sr. Informatica LEAD/ Architect

· Experience defining dimensional models to either extend Oracle’s BAW or create custom subject areas

Objectives:
· Create a new Operational Data Store (ODS) Data Warehouse with proper security, change management, data quality, and Informatica integration processes.
· Integrate UC4 with Informatica for true enterprise scheduling.
· Implement Custom Business Analytics Warehouse (BAW) to allow us to customize out-of-the-box Analytics (i.e. Procurement, HR, and Financial).
· Provide ETL production support.
· Lead/Develop new data integration projects
· Decommission legacy code and data from current data warehouse to new data warehouse (project by project basis)
· Implement real-time information strategy using Golden Gate.
