Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 3 to 6+ months
Direct Client Position
In person interview
Client: State of Ohio

Try and get candidates with State experience. Local candidates are preferred.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 7 years combined work experience in the following: creating and coordinating technical and business requirements for processes, projects and procedures, working with business users and technical staff to develop strategies and leading modification or creation of new systems for implementation of information technology solutions, requirements documentation to industry standards
All roles specified in BA1 &BA2 plus the following : Required 7 Years  
Experience documenting of functional business requirements from stakeholders  Required 7 Years  
Experience documenting of technical requirements from all stakeholders  Required 7 Years  
Experience creating graphical representations of complex business processes Required 7 Years  
Experience with Database technologies  Required 7 Years  
Experience with geographic information systems,web mapping technologies  Required 5 Years  
Experience developing diagrams or wireframes to illustrate requirements  Required 5 Years  
Experience documenting /illustrating workflows preferably with MS Visio and Balsamiq Mockup  Required 7 Years  
Experience with assisting on RFP efforts  Required 4 Years  
Excellent communication and wrtiting skills  Required
