Job Description
Ability to understand the customer business processes and the IT landscaperapidly and able to foresee the likely challenges.
Ability to frame the rightset of questions for the multiple tracks.
Create solution proposals with effortestimation for a chosen project track And create a solution road mapaddressing the current and the future needs of the business.
Conduct solution architecting workshops with the business managers.
Create detailed solution documentation and presentations and implement the solution using the standardsolutions in SAP.
Should have at least 4 - 6 years of SAP experience in thecore module of specialization and 3 - 5 years of domain experience.
Able tolead a team and train the team and possess sufficient knowledge of the qualityprocesses and adopted quality standards in projects. Knowledge of therecognized quality tools and Participate in Quality meetings Demonstratesknowledge of SRM Processes and how these processes are treated and configuredin SAP SRM Able to work with customer business teams and project teamseffectively.
Should be able to conduct requirement gathering workshops ,mapthese into SAP SRM/MM processes and identify gaps.
Should know the developmentprocesses adopted for custom developments, unit testing, functional testing,integration testing, go-live preparations and going live.
Should be able todesign and configure processes in Self Service Procurement, Strategic Sourcing,Plan driven procurement, Suppler Self Service and Spend Analytics.
Should beable to analyze end to end procurement processes and be able to provide aoptimum solution utilizing processes available in SRM and MM. Should have highlevel understanding of E-Sourcing(Frictionless Commerce)
