·         Good requirement analysis & documentation skills with hands on exposure

·         Good project/program management skills

·         Sound knowledge on BI/DWH concepts

·         Sound Data Modeling Concept knowledge & tools like Erwin

·         Sound knowledge on SQL & exposure to data profiling/ analysis skills

·         Good  exposure in business user interaction & align to finalize requirements

·         Good qualities on impressing the customer & generate additional revenue / new project opportunities

·         Good domain knowledge of existing eco system of MCS business & has worked extensively with the HQ group,,, which is a plus for us.

·         Good communication skills
