Required details:
Minimum 6 - 10 years experience using MS SQL Server in a production environment with experience in all phases of SDLC
Experienced in designing, implementing and maintaining SQL 2008 and 2012.
Lead and make design decisions to create simple, elegant and re-usable software components as a part of larger enterprise application framework.
Strong skills designing, developing and maintaining stored procedures, views, tables, T-SQL scripts, etc. as well as creating associated documentation.
Demonstrated skill in relational table design and applying optimized indexes.
Strong skills designing, developing and maintaining SSIS packages is a major plus.
Experience with solving performance problems with execution plans, Database Tuning Advisor and SQL Profiler. Experience in creating / maintaining multiple test environments with obfuscated data is needed.
Exposure to DB2, IBM System I, Power7, WebSphere, and/or FileNet systems is a plus.
Experience with tools like IDERA, SSDT is a plus.
MCDBA certification is preferred.
