This is a 6 months extendible Position based in Hartford, CT (USA).
Position: BMC Remedy Developer
Locations: Hartford, CT (USA)
Duration: 6 months Contract
Description
Implement ITSM modules in BMC Remedy. Configure and develop ITAM module and manage ongoing support of Incident, problem and Change mgmt. modules
Essential Job Functions:
- Enhancements and feature development
- Design and unit testing
- Defect fixes and support
- Development activities required for new modules
- Coordination with offshore
Requirements:
- Expertise in BMC Remedy ITSM 8.1
- Expertise in CMDB
- Expertise in Data loaders and integrations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Other Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of SRM and ITAM
