Immediate Need for Lead Business System Analyst ASAP

Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: : 12 months
Primarily responsible for conducting business and systems analysis sessions to gather data requirements with business & technical partners.
• Responsible for deriving and maintaining an enterprise business model, expressed in UML and depicted as a canonical model.
• Documents systems use cases and connect these to the model.
• Leverages architecture tools (e.g.: Visio, Rational, etc.) to maintain and evolve the model and use cases.
Qualifications:
• Solid background on Object Oriented data design patterns.
• Expert on UML.
• Must be familiar with middleware and web technologies.
• Solid requirements gathering and use case analysis.
• Experience in working under an Agile software development approach.
Technical Skills:
• Object Oriented Analysis and design (OOAD) methodologies.
• Architecture modeling tools (e.g.: Visio, Rational, etc.)
• SOA architecture design patterns.
• XML standards/protocols i.e. DTD, XSD, XSLT etc.
