The Iowa DOT is seeking a Software Developer/Programmer who, using ASP.NET, develops code that automates the storage of PDF documents, using standard data and document transfer methods, into the DOT’s Electronic Records Management System. Knowledge and experience with Adobe LiveCycle Designer is strongly desired, although not a requirement.
