Skills:

- 2 years of IVR development experience using Avaya Experience Portal and Dialog Designer

- 1 year of experience with Avaya AES

- Looking for experience with developing inbound/outbound applications

- 2 years IVR development experience with VXML/CCXML

- Knowledge of Java and Tomcat administration is a plus

- SQL/database experience is desirable

- Experience in developing and tuning speech grammars

- Proficient in MS Office products

- Ability to work in a team oriented and fast paced environment
