Microsoft MVP Certification
10+ years IT Experience with 5 years or more experience architecting and deploying enterprise level technology projects for large companies.
Skills in general architecture, operations, and deployment methodologies and techniques
Experience in working with business stakeholders outside of IT for business process assessment, analysis and design
Extensive (5+ years) experience leading the design and implementation of resilient, high-performing infrastructure with a focus on identity and access management solutions in a heterogeneous vendor environment, including:
Identity lifecycle management
Web Access Management
Privileged Account Management
Directory Services
Authentication and Authorization
Access Certification
Federation
Experience with security protocols (LDAP, SAML, SPML, XACML, WS-Security, WS-Federation, etc).
Strong technical skills in Active Directory, MCSE AD 2012 Certified
Strong technical knowledge of Quest AD tools
Strong technical skills in at least one of the major IAM products
Technical knowledge in SAP and experience in integrating IAM solution with SAP
