Non-Technical skills:
Strong communication skills.
Discuss Business Requirements and track multiple projects.
Technical Skills:
Strong mix of both ETL Concepts and Oracle database understanding.
Oracle experience needs to be able to understand data migration concepts has to have a strong understanding of SQL.
Testing Experience:
Experience in testing backend data driven applications a good understanding of data migration through a system and can validate data population within the database.
Act as a test lead by managing testing questions on a given project with multiple testers on the same project.
