Mandatory Technical Skills
• Good understanding of Computer architecture
• Good understanding of Windows Operating systems (Windows 8, Windows Server 2008/2012).
• Good understanding of Windows Updates and PC drivers.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft ADK/WAS.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of PC Hardware troubleshooting is required.

1. Interacting With Computers – Testing of new PC Hardware from OEMs prior on-boarding to MSIT Standards Device list, re-testing of all MSIT Standard PC with latest/updated MSIT Image and drivers.
2. Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge -- Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
3. Provide Consultation and Advice to Others -- Providing guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems-, or drivers-related topics.
4. Thinking Creatively -- Developing, designing, or creating new testing process to improve PC Hardware Certification.
5. Drivers management -- Providing documentation, detailed instructions, or specifications to tell others about how and what versions of drivers to be installed.
6. Analyzing Data or Information -- Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
Total Experience Required
• BS/MS in Computer Engineering/Science or related field with 4+ years of experience
