· Responsibilities / Requirements
• +7 years of experience in Lotus Notes and Domino, preferably in a medium to large company
• Maintain and support the administration of corporate email and Domino applications environment, which consists of clustered Domino servers in an AIX and Windows servers.
• Experience in archiving solutions such as EmailXtender, CommVault, or Enterprise Vault
• Also responsible for the administration, maintenance and support for the Blackberry •Installing, managing, & optimizing Domino servers
• Performing routine server maintenance tasks such as maintaining AdminP data base, synchronizing users' mail file and databases on clustered servers, etc.
• Troubleshooting Domino Server issues, working in collaboration with other relevant IT areas and vendor support towards a quick and effective resolution.
• Performing daily Lotus Notes administration tasks such as Notes ID creation, re-certifications, troubleshoot general Lotus Notes client issues
Required Skills:
• Extensive experience in Messaging Systems including but not limited to Lotus Notes/Domino Servers, Blackberry, Good Technologies, Cisco IronPort, SameTime, WebMail, Domino Directory, and LDAP.
• Fundamental understanding of network and Internet concepts (e.g., firewalls, load balancers, web browsers, TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP, etc.)
•Advanced Lotus Domino Administration Skills, including:Server configuration, tuning, capacity planning, performance, monitoring, and diagnostics; replication, archival, journaling, email routing, transaction logs and clustering
• AdminP, archiving, transaction logs, email tracking, Domino Directory and server/client troubleshooting
• Ability to handle Level 2/3 problems and ability to effectively interface with vendor support
• Relevant experience with IBM Lotus products (R6 and above) for messaging and collaborations, such as Lotus Notes/Domino/iNotes, Sametime (Meeting/Instant Messaging), Domino.Doc, SMTP Gateways, Blackberry in a large user base
Familiarity with SOX regulations and best practices implementing Internal controls to be in compliance
• Follow, create and update documentation of all technologies and procedures
• Effective teamwork and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, in a multicultural environment.
