Role	Senior .Net Developer
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	- Experience in ASP.NET 3.5/4.0, C#, XML, XML Web Services, Oracle 10g/11g - Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, implementation, deployment, testing and support - Ability to develop web/database applications - Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project manager
Roles and responsibility	- Development of business logic and data access layer components - Deployment of code base to different environments - Build and maintain web applications
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills	- Experience in Java, MVC, SQL Server 2005/2008 - Experience with automated build/deployment process - Experience with aspect oriented programming and cross cutting patterns
Total experience in required skill (years)	8-10 years
