Duration – 6+ months
Job Description:
Responsible for advanced system administration on Cisco's Unified Call Center Enterprise software for contact centers servicing internal customers.
The Engineer requires advance knowledge of ICM call routing and design, ICM and IP-IVR application development and design, and call flow design and documentation.
Services will include the following:
• Implementations services
• Execution of project plans as agreed in the project meetings.
• Attend various project and team meetings as assigned
• Provide weekly update to PMs about the projects.
• Provide weekly updates to the UC-Implementations team manager
• Prepare necessary implementation plans, , UAT, TOI, documentations as required for the project.
• Follow the Change Management process for every change in the environment Skill set requirement
• 3-5 years of experience in designing, implementation and support of Cisco IVP/IVR infrastructure
• Experience in managing Cisco IVP/IVR infrastructure
