a. Experienced on both WebSphere and JBoss technology

b. Experienced in Application Infrastructure design skills.

c. Building HA and load balanced systems

d. Skilled in Security architecture

e. Who can enable automation in deployment & code build

f. Who has in-depth knowledge on Performance tuning, Capacity
planning and design it to fit into Virtualized infrastructure

g. Experienced troubleshooting skills and load testing skills.

h. Should be able to prepare a comprehensive documentation.
