We have not received much feedbacak on this request. The Agency is going to release and ORder for this and we are trying to get soem feedback from the Vendor Community as to the availability of resources and the rates/salaries you are experiencing. PLEASE provide feedback to me ASAP. Below are the skills needed:

Senior/Expert Dimensions Administrator Qualifications:
•At least seven (7) years experience as a lead Dimensions CM administrator for multi-application environment spanning Unix and Microsoft environments. IBM Mainframe experience desirable.
•At least three (3) years experience in analyzing, designing, constructing & implementing complex Dimensions Role (& Privilege) management processes that are straightforward, practical and easily administered.
•At least five (5) years experience in defining, constructing, implementing and executing Dimensions integrated Build & Deploy processes for distributed applications on Unix and Microsoft environments.
•At least five (5) years experience in defining, generating, implementing and executing batch Dimensions administrative jobs utilizing PDIFF and DMCLI.
•At least three (3) years experience in defining, implementing and supporting complex and segregated Dimensions environments utilizing multiple Base-Database concepts.
•At least two (2) years experience in defining, generating, implementing, executing & documenting, Dimensions back-up and restore processes.
•At least five (5) years knowledge & experience in defining, creating, and executing simple to complex Crystal Reports against the Dimensions Published Views and data bases.
•At least three (3) years experience in designing, constructing, and executing, Java, Jscript, Unix shell and Microsoft command scripts in support of Dimensions administrative duties.
•At least five (5) years experience in defining, constructing, implementing standard change, version & release management processes for large IT environments running distributed applications on Unix and Microsoft platforms.
•At least five (5) years experience in defining, constructing, executing project plans & schedules for large and/or complex implementations.
•At least seven (7) years creating policy, standards, procedures, user guides, job aids, presentations & slides, and training materials for large and/or complex Dimensions implementations.
•At least five (5) years experience in upgrading Dimensions CM implementations on a Unix-Oracle platform & Windows desktop client; researching & applying necessary patches; scheduling activities with other areas of responsibility; following generally accepted change management practices.
•At least three (3) years experience in implementing Dimensions integrations with Eclipse based WebSphere RAD (JVM) and Microsoft Visual Studio (.Net) development environments. Additional Dimensions tool integration experience a plus.
•At least five (5) years experience providing one-on-one or group training via demonstrations or hands-on activities.
•At least five (5) years experience providing customer/user support, problem analysis and resolution.

•A minimum of seven (7) plus years experience and knowledge in supporting applications following system development life cycles, including both waterfall and agile processes.
•Must be available to work the OIS organization core hours and off hours during evenings and/or weekends to accommodate organizational or customer schedules.
•Must be able to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and other Microsoft office tool suite • At least five (5) years experience in using, constructing & implementing Dimensions baseline templates and Release Baselines to support build and deploy operations for Test, Training and Production environments.
