Minimum 3 years' experience in IT Software Testing
Minimum 3 years' organizing and coordinating the participation of customer groups and project staff involved in the testing process
Minimum 3 year's experience working with software application development projects that follow the software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices
Minimum 3 year's developing Test Plans including: Test Scripts, traceability matrices, problem tracking reports, and status reports
Minimum 3 year's experience developing coded UI tests; specifically using C# and SQL
Minimum of 3 years' experience translating Use Cases into Test Cases.
Minimum of 3 years' experience estimating time and effort of testing related tasks based on agency and software development lifecycle methodologies
Performance and Load Testing of software application development projects that are .Net applications (web-based)
Generic Testing of software application development projects that are N-tier applications. Example: Inspecting data in the database.
Strong communication skills with reports of bugs, trends and deliverables to management, customers, and staff.
Desirable Knowledge, skills and abilities
Knowledge and skill using Microsoft Operating Systems
Knowledge and skill using the MS Office Suite
Knowledge and skill using MS Team Foundation System
Knowledge and skills using Microsoft Test Manager
Knowledge and ability to conduct the User Acceptance Testing process
