JOB SUMMARY:

This person will be working on updating existing SSIS packages to comply with newly established programming standards. This will involve testing data feed connections, building new table schemas, and updating procedures. The other main focus for this person will be assistance with existing database maintenance and implementation of Cognos 10.2 Framework, and cubing data for advanced Cognos reporting. In addition, this person may be asked to assist with query optimization related to the SSIS packages, as well as performance tuning of the SQL jobs.
