DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
Minimum Requirements:
| Skills/Experience |
| Experience with the installation of networking technologies and supporting networks. |
| Extensive work experience installing networking technologies and supporting networks. |
| Experience assessing network configurations and making recommendations based on product specifications. |
| Experience configuring equipment and software to meet business needs, ability to train others on the solution, and documenting solutions for ongoing support. |
| Strong facilitation, technical problem resolution, consensus building, and negotiating skills. |
| Experience in providing technical support with the design of network solutions. For example, requires experience in the technical services and support field as well as experience in network administration (DHCP, DNS, routers, firewall, etc.). |
| Experience with configuring equipment and software to meet business needs, trains others on the solution, and documents the solution for ongoing support. Functions as part of a team on larger projects, or individually provides the services on support visits or smaller projects |
| Able to function as part of a team on larger projects, or individually provide the services on support visits or smaller projects. |
| Must have a strong analytical, problem-identification and process analysis skills with the ability to envision a solution from requirements. For example, specifically able to provide technical support and/or technical infrastructure operational support regarding general network/infrastructure needs and operational activities. |
| Must have excellent communication skills both orally and in writing. |

| Experience working in state/federal government environments (either DADS or Health and Human Services Commission agencies preferred). |
Position: Project Manager 2
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 10 Months Contract
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
-Considerable knowledge of structured project management techniques as advocated by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
-Considerable knowledge, after training, of agency programs and procedures and of the methods and equipment used in IS applications.
-Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
-Knowledge of high-level system design methodologies and techniques (such as the entity/relationship model, data/process flow diagrams, use case development, etc.).
-Knowledge of current technical approaches used to deliver IT products and services to large client organizations.
-Knowledge of Department policies and procedures and of the methods and equipment used in IS applications.
-Skill in using a PC and Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Internet
-Current certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or actively working toward the attainment of such certification after employment in the position.
Position: SYSTEM ANALYST - SHAREPOINT
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 12 Months Contract
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
Minimum Requirements:

| 3 | Successful development, implementation of a MS SharePoint solution in a public sector organization |
| 3 | Successful operations support and user training of a MS SharePoint solution in a public sector organization |
| 3 yrs | Successful system optimization experience of a MS Share Point solution in a public sector organization |

| 3 yrs | Successful analysis experience with other MS products such as Access and SQL |
| 2 yrs | Working with and implementing ITIL v3/ISO 20,000 discipline |
