Responsibilities:
• 3 years of progressive, application development experience.
• Big box, specialty retailing experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lead/facilitate JAD sessions and interact with people with different backgrounds, roles and levels within the organization.
• Ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining an overall project perspective
• Six Sigma or other Business process mapping skills and experience
• Experience with both front and backend of eCommerce systems
• Comfortable with information systems including eCommerce technologies
• This person will be responsible for designing enhancements and new functionality of our eCommerce system.
• This person will be responsible for mapping out defined business processes as well as determining the integrations between the eCommerce system and other internal systems.
• This person will work with the business to understand business processes and translate them to system requirements.
• This person will be responsible for writing documentation related to the eCommerce project (requirements, design)
