Job Description:
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:
• Support the design, development, installation and qualification of new and modified computer system hardware and software by creating, reviewing or approving computer systems validation documentation including but not limited to validation plans, test plans, test scripts, traceability matrices, training and summary documentation
• Communicate processes requirements, actions, tasks and issues clearly and concisely to Project Teams and Cardinal Health Management
• Ensure appropriate archiving of validation documentation consistent with CAH procedures Understand and consistently apply Cardinal's validation process to assigned projects
• Coordinate validation activities for all project team members
Requirements:
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in an IT discipline, business, quality management or related field
• Advanced knowledge of SDLC development methodology including V-model and GAMP
• Basic understanding of architecture standards and concepts, configuration diagrams and infrastructure topology and schematics
• Advanced knowledge of requirements engineering, test environments, and protocols, functional risk assessment, defect and deviation management including Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA)
• Comprehensive knowledge of technical writing and document management concepts
• Knowledgeable of quality methods to conduct review or inspection, statistical sampling, internal/external audit, troubleshooting, investigation or analysis tools/techniques
• Advanced knowledge of project management principles. Assists in the development and communicates of project status to all necessary parties
• Basic understanding in establishing priorities, identifying resources, assigning tasks and monitoring progress within own area of expertise
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with a Computer System Validation (CSV) organization involved in regulatory activities
