Position:  Jr. Business System Analyst
Location: Wilmington, DE
Duration:  1 Year Contract

   Max rate $35/hr on C2C
Only  Green card, US Citizens or EAD

Interview Type: Face to Face Interview after phone

Job Description:
• Ability to work well in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Mobile experience a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience of progressive experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of proven ability to conduct accurate needs analysis, solve problems, assess technical capabilities, conduct strategic planning, build and motivate teams, and manage Software Testing projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst developing Functional Specifications, Process Flows, Use Cases and other SDLC deliverables.
• Self-starter with excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
