  Should have previous experience worked in  should model, onsite-offshore management and taskpossess good collaboration skill with offshore.

  Should possess vast experience in Performance testing using HP Loadrunner tool  and Performance center . Should have strong Programming skills using wide variety of protocols through HP Loadrunner tool! Strong in Analysis of Non-Functional Performance Requirement and Estimations.

  Exposure in HP ALM Quality Center test management tool is a must.

  Good exposure in Agile Testing process.

  Should be able to manage both lead role and hands-on from onsite.

  Retail domain exposure is a plus.

 

Mandatory:

Load runner 11.0, Performance center, Quality Center (HP ALM), HP Site scope, Retail domain experience
