Responsibilities/Deliverables:

· Design and maintain complex FM Models that support business requirements and provide fast performance
· Guide data strategy across multiple touch points
· Own the process of driving core insights from available data
· Create strategies to improve customer experience & performance
· Monitor and respond to user request for assistance of various kinds
· Support existing FM Models and Reports
· Provide reporting solutions to end users
· Work on Cognos support related tickets and enhancements
