Candidates should have at least 60 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:
- Experience in business process re-engineering activities.
- Experience in projects focused on business process re-engineering or LEAN Six Sigma as demonstrated by credentials.
- Experience in delivering comprehensive recommendations/reports with a key focus on business process improvement with strong attention to detail.
- Government agency business process re-engineering experience within or for a government or state agency.
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams with demonstrated excellence in analytical, written, and oral communication skills; team dynamics and leadership including diplomacy and decisiveness; strong organizational and problem-solving skills; and the ability to manage multiple workgroup tasks and assignments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with course work in Information Technology and Project Management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite specifically in Word and Excel.
Please note that our client does allow Skype/remote interviews. However they reserve the right to require an in-person interview.
