Relevant Experience (Yrs)            :               6 + years

Technical/Functional Skills            :              

•             Extensive experience with IBM Java as developer

•             Experience with MVC Architecture.

•             Extensive experience in J2EE Framework like JSF, Structs

•             Experience in working as a web developer in Java

•             Must have excellent problem solving and analysis skills

•             Must be able to collaborate with peers

Experience Required                      6 + years

Roles & Responsibilities                :              

•             Coordinate the work between Architect and Development team

•             Understand the work in both the areas(Architect & Design/ Development) and coordinate

•             Timely status reporting to Managers

•             Understand and Analyze project Risk and provide risk mitigation

•             Must have the domain and technical knowledge and act as a SME in the area.
